All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

South Africa
Standard Shipping: R70
Free Shipping: Orders over R700 qualify for free shipping
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select destinations.
International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout or charged as a flat rate where applicable.

We ship orders using trusted courier services in South Africa. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@uwaorganics.co.za so we can resolve the issue.
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it immediately.
